We travel to your offices and work on site with your team. **How do we get started?** A two-week audit on site maps the work and sets the direction. Then we build, test and deploy in two-week cycles. The first engagement runs about ninety days, focused on one part of the business, and we stay to operate and improve what is in use. **Who is Ortelian a good fit for?** Companies with complexity in their team, product, service or market, and a clear ambition to become AI-native. We work best with teams ready to move quickly, give feedback and put improvements into practice. **What do we need before starting?** An internal owner, ideally a founder or someone on the leadership team, with the authority to make decisions and drive implementation. Implementation covers the audit, redesign, integration and launch. Platform use includes hosting, operation and support.
