AI agents for sales
teams with complex territories.
For sales and go-to-market leaders at complex B2B companies, where the territory lives outside the CRM as much as inside it.
AI agents for sales refresh the account list, prepare meetings and keep a territory model the whole team can ask. They work from a shared world model of your business and the outside world, in the tools your team already uses.
Who it’s for
Sales teams whose territory doesn’t fit in a spreadsheet.
Ortelian fits when the work depends on context no single system holds: government lists, partner registries, hospital directories, integrator networks, and the CRM records that only cover companies someone already typed in. The people who sell know those sources. Nobody has joined them.
If a junior rep can dial from a clean list and a senior rep would work that list without editing it, you have a standard worth building to. One week at one company is what that looks like in practice.
What ships
Three agents that change how the team works.
These are the jobs we put into use first for sales. They run in Slack and the CRM your team already uses. Access to the platform comes with the engagement; there is no self-serve product and no public API.
- An account list that refreshes itself
Every morning the agent rebuilds a ranked top list from the territory graph. It only shows net-new companies. Once a company has been on the list it stays off for a stretch, and as deals move stage in the CRM, new ones fill in behind them. The rep opens Slack and the list is there.
- Meeting prep before every external call
Before the day’s meetings, the agent pulls previous calls, emails, deal history and similar companies from the CRM and the graph into a shared channel. Reps can ask follow-up questions there, and feedback changes what the agent produces next time.
- A territory model new reps can ask
The graph is shared by the whole sales team and scoped by territory. A new rep can ask for a list for their own territory and get one. Senior reps can run their own queries; newer reps get a list and a phone. All three ways in work from the same model.
Why it works
Agents need a map of the business, not another window.
Enrichment tools and intent platforms help you find or score companies. They do not hold a shared picture of your territory that agents and people can keep using. Ortelian builds a world model for knowledge work: your systems of record joined with outside sources, with every fact keeping its source. Agents work from that map through scoped tools. What one run learns, the next can use. See the platform and what a context graph is for a single task.
The platform is hosted in the EU. Your team keeps working in Slack, email and the CRM. Ortelian hosts and operates the platform as part of the engagement.
01 · Software
The code holds everything the work needs.
That’s why AI took off in software first.
02 · Internal knowledge
A wiki holds what the company writes down.
That’s enough for questions about the company itself.
03 · Knowledge work
Your work also depends on the world outside.
Customers, competitors, regulations, people moving. We join it with what’s inside, in one model.

How an engagement runs
Audit, redesign, build, then stay.
A full engagement starts with a two-week audit on site that maps how the sales work actually runs, finds the constraint and redesigns the process with your team around what AI can now do. Then we build, test and deploy in two-week cycles until the first job meets the standard we agreed on real examples. We stay to host the platform and keep improving the work. This is what working with an AI-native deployment partner looks like. Full detail on how we work.
When the sources and the standard are already clear, a first narrow build can go live before the audit is done. In one deep-tech sales team, a ranked list, a morning refresh and meeting prep were live the Monday after the first call. That week was a first build, not the whole engagement. The audit and redesign still run around it.
Questions
Questions sales leaders ask.
How is this different from Clay, 6sense or similar tools?
Those tools help you find, enrich or score accounts. Ortelian redesigns the sales work with your team, then runs agents on a shared world model that joins your CRM with the outside sources your territory actually lives in. The list, the prep and the model keep updating inside the tools you already use. Platform access comes with the engagement.
Does this replace sales reps?
No. Agents take the list-making, the chasing of sources and the briefing before a call. Reps keep the judgement, the relationships and the decisions. Anything that leaves the company, such as an email to a customer, waits for a person’s approval by default.
What data does it need?
Agreed access to the systems and sources the sales work depends on: usually the CRM, calendar and email or call history, plus the outside lists and registries that define the territory. We agree access, model providers and data handling before we start. The platform is hosted in the EU.
How long until the first agent is in use?
A full engagement starts with an audit of about two weeks on site, then the build runs in two-week cycles until it meets the standard we agreed. When the sources and the standard are already clear, a first narrow job can go live within days of the first call, as in the one-week sales build, while the audit and redesign continue around it. We stay after launch to operate and improve what is in use.
Let’s talk about your territory.
Bring where the list lives today and where the work gets stuck. We’ll work out whether an audit is worth it.
