How we work.
We come on site, rethink the work with your team and put agents into operation. A two-week audit sets the direction. Then we build, test and deploy in two-week cycles.
Platform & services
The software and the work to put it into use.
Ortelian brings together an AI platform and deployment services. We work with your team to redesign and implement the process, then host and operate the platform it runs on.
Deployment services
The audit, process redesign, connections to your systems, agent workflows, evaluations and training. We agree the scope and the standard the work must meet before building.
The ongoing platform
The agent software, shared business context and controls that stay in use after launch. Ortelian hosts and operates the platform, monitors the work and provides support.
Pricing covers deployment services and ongoing platform use. We agree the scope, expected usage, support and fees with you before work begins. Further implementation work is scoped together as priorities develop.
Explore the platform01 / Audit · Two weeks
Start with how the business actually runs.
We sit alongside your team, follow the work across systems and run workshops with the people who know it. We look at what limits the results today and what the business could do with AI.
- Week 1 Observe and map
Connect the business goals to the work behind them. Trace inputs, decisions, handoffs and exceptions. Inspect the systems and information people rely on.
- Week 2 Redesign the work
Work through better ways to run the process. Decide what belongs with agents, software or people. Rank the opportunities and check what the first build will require.
02 / Delivery · Every two weeks
Build, put it to work, learn. Repeat.
Each cycle has a clear scope and an agreed result. We build with your team, test against real examples and deploy what meets the standard. We review the results together and decide what comes next.
You see working software during the cycle and join a review every two weeks. Larger changes can span several cycles. Deployment follows the agreed checks, while discovery and support continue throughout.
Where to start
Start with work that matters every week.
We choose an area where AI can make a meaningful difference, such as sales, finance or operations.
You need an internal owner with the authority to make decisions and drive implementation, ideally a founder or someone on the leadership team. We work with your team to choose where to start, test the results and improve them together. We’ll need time with the people doing the work and agreed access to the relevant systems and data.
Working together
One team, close to the work.
We work directly with the people who will use the system. Workshops, demonstrations and training centre on their actual work. Priorities stay connected to the business goals.
Your team
Set priorities and make business decisions. Bring the people who know the process, access to the relevant systems and an owner with the authority to move implementation forward.
Ortelian
Lead the audit and redesign. Build and connect the software, run evaluations and train your people. Operate what goes live and resolve problems as they arise.
We work on site in Europe and the US. Before the audit starts, we agree the access, participants and schedule.
Agree the standard before we build.
We agree the business outcome and the standard the work must meet. Real examples become evaluations, including cases that need human review. Changes go live after the agreed checks.
- Quality
Does the work meet the standard on real examples?
- Time
How long before the result is ready?
- Human effort
What review, correction or intervention is still needed?
We keep checking after launch. When the work falls short, we investigate, change the knowledge or workflows and run the evaluations again.
Over time
Each cycle builds on what came before.
The connections, evaluations and world model stay in use as we take on the next piece of work. What agents and people learn about your business and its market becomes part of that shared understanding.
Over time, your team can delegate more, shape the workflows themselves and use what the company has learned to take on work it could not do before.
Let’s plan the first two weeks.
Tell us about your business and what you want to change. We’ll work through the audit scope, who should be involved and how to get started.
